Shipping Responsibility

Funda Dundar is not liable for delays, loss, or damage incurred during shipping. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched using reputable courier services. Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the responsibility for delivery passes to the shipping provider.

Clients are responsible for tracking their parcel and providing a secure delivery location. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist where possible, but compensation must be sought via the courier.


International Orders

Clients ordering from outside the Netherlands are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
