Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Funda Dundar, every gown is made to order and handcrafted with the utmost attention to detail. Because of the bespoke nature of our designs, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or alterations in preference once your order has been confirmed.

We encourage all clients to consider their selections carefully before placing an order. Our team is available to assist you with sizing, design specifications, and any questions you may have prior to purchase to ensure you feel confident in your decision.


Made-to-Order Policy

Each Funda Dundar gown is individually produced for the client who orders it. Our made-to-order model allows us to create responsibly and sustainably, avoiding overproduction and waste. Once your order is placed, it is sent into production and cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.

We do not carry ready-to-wear stock and cannot offer store credit or resale options for custom items.


Quality & Faults

Every gown is inspected thoroughly before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty or incorrect, please email us at info@fundadundar.com with your order details and clear photographs.

If a genuine fault is found, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately. Please note that damage caused by wear, improper care, or alterations made outside of Funda Dundar is not considered a fault.
